  from Faro International Airport, and 5 minutes from Albufeira. 

  The nearest beach is approximately 500m walking distance.

  Our spacious one bedroom apartment is well equipped for up to four people.

  Available throughout the year for short term or longer lets.

  Balaia is ideally situated between the neighbouring old and new towns of

  Albufeira.

  There is lots to explore including a variety of Restaurants and Bars, Beaches

  and Shops.

  There are various activities and excursions available nearby including visits to

  Water parks, Zoo Marine Park, Cruises, Sandy Beaches and relaxing Coastal

  Walks.

  The nearest of a host of Sandy Beaches is approximately 500m down a gradient

  which may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. 

  During the Summer months a beach Restaurant and Water sports are available.

  Several local restaurants are within a few minutes walk, they offer a variety of

  menus including traditional Portuguese fish dishes.
